Calahonda - September 2024
Ønsker å dele vår positive erfaring med Robin Adams i forbindelse med kjøp av en leilighet i Calahonda i februar 2024. Vi startet prosessen i september 2023 med å surfe på nettet og kontaktet flere forskjellige eiendomsmeglere i Spania, både på Costa del Sol og Costa Blanca. Det var mye å velge i, mye informasjon, mange muligheter og mye forvirring. Vi fikk anbefalt Robin av venner som har en leilighet på Costa del Sol. Etter en kort og hyggelig telefon samtale med Robin fikk vi følelsen av å bli hørt og forstått. Han begynte å jobbe med oss og sendte utvalg av eiendommer som svarte til våre kriterier. Vi ble oppfordret til å gi nøye tilbakemeldinger for å få mest effektivt søk. Da vi endelig kom til Malaga i februar var Robin klar til å vise oss 5 leiligheter som var så tilsvarte våre ønsker. Han hadde forberedt seg skikkelig til visningene og de ble gjennomført effektivt men nøye. Hans kompetanse og behagelige og ikke for «pushy» kommunikasjonsmåte og profesjonalitet var imponerende. Den siste leiligheten han viste oss falt vi for, og vi ble lykkelige eiere ev den i mai. Det var akkurat den leiligheten som vi drømte om både i forhold til beliggenhet, omgivelser og planløsning. Robin guided oss gjennom hele prosessen, var tilgjengelig for oss nesten døgnet rundt og hands-on hele tiden. Vi er takknemlige til Robin og anbefaler på det varmeste å bruke hans tjenester.

We would like to share our positive experience with Robin Adams regarding the purchase of an apartment in Calahonda in February 2024. We began the process in September 2023 by browsing online and contacting several different real estate agents in Spain, both on the Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca. There was a lot to choose from, a lot of information, many opportunities, and much confusion. Robin was recommended to us by friends who own an apartment on the Costa del Sol. After a short and pleasant phone call with Robin, we immediately felt heard and understood. He started working with us, sending selections of properties that matched our criteria. We were encouraged to provide detailed feedback to make the search more efficient.
When we finally arrived in Malaga in February, Robin was ready to show us five apartments that met our expectations. He had prepared thoroughly for the viewings, which were conducted efficiently yet thoroughly. His expertise, pleasant demeanor, and professional but not overly “pushy” communication style were impressive. We fell in love with the last apartment he showed us, and we became the happy owners of it in May. It was exactly the apartment we had dreamed of in terms of location, surroundings, and layout. Robin guided us through the entire process, was available to us almost around the clock, and was hands-on at every stage.

During the spring and summer of 2012, I was in constant contact with Robin of Sol Simple Properties in order to review properties we might wish to buy as a holiday home in Marbella.
